It's been a while that I have not updated my blog, since I was busy updating my life.
These blueberry muffins were baked last summer. It is lighter than the regular greasy muffins, and creamer than cakes. It goes well with jam or butter since it is not very sweet.
Ingredients:
Butter 3 oz
Sugar 3 oz
Baking powder 2 teaspoon
Egg 1 beaten
Plain flour 8 oz
Milk 110 ml
Blueberry 3-5 oz
Directions:
1. Cream butter
2. Add sugar and egg
3. Mix 1 tablespoon of flour with blueberries
4. Sift flour with baking powder
5. Fold flour into better mixture
6. Stir milk into mixture
7. Mix blueberries with flour mixture
8. 350F, 30 minutes
