This is my attempt to record recipes I like or I create. All recipes are designed to be simple and delicious.
Steak, Montreal Flavor
A lamb chop dinner was planned for the day. However, the local Afghani meat shop has ran out of the lamp chops. So, as a result I ended up getting some veal chops. I guessed veal chops worked for dinner just fine. All six slices cost $5.44, apparently it is quite cheaper to eat at home.
Steps:
1. Season the steak with Montreal Steak Spicy (Club House) which can be purchased in any grocery stores.
2. Cook it on the high heat with a little bit oil in the pan. It is recommended to use a non-sticky pan.
3. Any vegetable can go as a side dish. I choose stir fried zucchini, green bell pepper and roasted potato.
