Shredded bamboo shoots, fungus. (Both are optional)
Bean chili sauce
1. Deep fry tofu.
2. Heat oil, and add bean chili sauce , minced ginger, garlic, green onions, chicken breast. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add fried tofu, and water, coven the pan, let it cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add water and starch mix into the pan.
Now it is ready to serve.
