Cornmeal Pancakes

I found this idea on TV program. The cornmeal gives the pancake lovely yellow color and a different texture. I waited so long to try it, and it did not disappoint me.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1-1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:
In a large bowl, beat all the ingredient together.
Use the medium high heat. When bubble forms on top of the pancake, flip over. It take about 1 minute for each side.

There is no way you made pancakes with this recipe.

I think that the amount of milk is suppose to be 1 to 1-1/4 cups, not 1/4 cup.

Hi Tamara,
Thanks for browsing my blog. It is been a while since I made that pancakes. I do not remember exactly how many I made, but from the ingredients I estimate that it can make about 12 pancakes.
