Potato Egg and Olive Salad




Salads don't have to be boring with lettuce and tomato all the time. A little bit olives or cheese can add a great flavor to it. Olives, cheese, pickles are salty compare to fresh vegetables, so it added to another layer of the taste in you mouth.
The natural colors of fresh vegetables are so beautiful and they look pretty on the picture. Of course good to your health too.

Ingredients:
3 red potato small
3 eggs
few red onions slices
2 tbsp olives
flat leaf parsley

2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Direction:
1.Boil the potato and egg till cooked, then cut into chunks.
2.Add olives, onion slices, parsley.
3. In a difference bowl stir the lemon juice and olive oil till creamy, drizzle onto the plate.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
