This is a simple bread, plain, no fancy fillings nor toppings, but it brings the exactly bread taste. It is prefect to make a toast and have it with scrambled egged and a cup of tea in the morning.
The original recipe called of one cup of bread flour, and one cup of all-purpose flour. I only used half cup of all-purpose flour to make a little bit more chewy taste.
Ingredients:
1.5 cup bread flour
0.5 cup all purpose flour
1.25 tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp oil or butter
2 tbs honey
1 cup of warm milk
