In my family, scramble eggs is the most regular breakfast, almost every weekday, we have this. It tastes good and takes less than 5 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
2 eggs, 2 pieces of green or red fresh chili, 1 green onion, and some cilantro. This prefect scramble egg combination!
Directions:
1. chop chili, green onion and cilantro
2. mix with eggs, and beat eggs. Add salt and pepper
3. then scramble the egg mix
Tip:
In my family we like slightly overdone scramble eggs, so we do not add water or milk. You may add some liquid to moisturize the egg texture.
