Japanese Round Bread

The most interesting part of this bread making is that you see the breads grow in the oven and turn into golden yellow in front of your eyes. The bread has expended three of its original size, turn into the prefect round shape. This the why only one cup of bread flour can turn into eight of these little cute bread.

dry yeast 6g
sugar 16g
salt 5g
water 170ml
butter 15g
