Spicy Shredded Beef
Spicy Shredded Beef is one of my comfort food. It involves lot of spicy ingredients which I all love.
Chili flake, whole dry chili, chili powder, Sichun chili, black peper, hot chili sauce from Pixian, sugar, salt, ginger and garlic.
1. Cut beef. Make sure to cut off the beef muscle as much as possible.
2. Heat up the oil, but not too hot. Add shredded beef into the pan, stir it well, until it all separated. Then add all spicy except salt and sugar.
3.When beef is almost ready, add celery or any other vegetables your like, for example, onions, green pepper. 4. When beef is done, add a little bit more oil into the pan, and then turn off the heat. Now it is time to add sugar and salt.
