This is a Chinese traditional dish, and I learned it from my mother. It looks complicated to make, but once you know the steps, it becomes easy and simple.

Home Style Tofu RecipeIngredients:
Tofu, ginger, garlic, green onions, chicken breast.
Shredded bamboo shoots, fungus. (Both are optional)
Bean chili sauce

Home Style Tofu RecipeSteps:
1. Deep fry tofu.
2. Heat oil, and add bean chili sauce , minced ginger, garlic, green onions, chicken breast. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add fried tofu, and water, coven the pan, let it cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add water and starch mix into the pan.
Now it is ready to serve.

I think this is fried dry toufu. fragile strcture but nifty!
